Experience

He has around 18 years of working experience in some reputed National organizations, directly in a managerial position of the large multisectoral program and gathered professional experience in the field of implementation of different Program, especially in Microfinance and Health Program. His overall responsibilities are to planning, implementation, monitoring, supervision, budgeting, financial management, daily operations, coordination, and liaising with the donor, government and local stakeholder. Manage multi-branch expansion. Successfully improved organizational recovery rates and reduced operational overhead through process automation and field-team capability building. Strong background in credit appraisal. Additionally, He prepare various memos, circulars, guidelines, draft agreements, negotiate, and make programatic and technical decisions.

• Currently, He has been working as Area Manager  Operations of NAZIR’s Microfinance and WASH Program. 
• Previously, He worked as a Program Manager at RDRS Bangladesh from March 2014 to October 2022. Where He led the M&CH, Eye Care, Agriculture, and TB program of 02 districts, 210 staffs and 13 Core/yearly budgets.
• He also served as Program Manager of HITAISHI Bangladesh a National NGOs from 2007 to 2013, overseeing the 11 Branches of Microfinance and Health Program in Dhaka, Cox'sbazar, Gazipur, Mymensingh and Sylhet.

Educationally, He hold two Master’s degrees in Public Health in 2023 and Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in 2006. He obtained certification in Entomology from the IEDCR and Development Management from BRAC. He has received some international training on Core Humanitarian Standards, the Do No Harm Framework, and Composite Heritage/Conflict Management from India, Nepal and Indonesia.
